History Of AATC

The AATC was formed to provide another option for students who want to attain the same highest standards in coach education at a fraction of the price.

Our presenters have over 25 years of on-court presenting experience and over 20 years of lecture experience.

From when you first enquire to when you first enroll in our courses, we will work together with you to assist you with job placement through many of our partners within your area and abroad. We won’t forget you when you receive your certificate. We will continue to work for you through resume assistance and job applications as well as hands-on experience.

You will be working with consummate Teaching Tennis Professionals who are also all volunteers in their field of work.

GLOBAL RECOGNITION

Travel the globe to ply your trade with the AATC. With Centres in Singapore, Mumbai, Dehli, Bangalore, Kuala Lumpur, Shenzhen, Auckland, and all cities throughout Australia.

The AATC has established itself as the leaders in Coach Education, Coach Development, Coach Training and Support, Coach Mentoring in South East Asia. As an affiliated Educational Institution of ESTESS Athletic University, we pride ourselves in the level of commitment we give to our trainees and members alike. We currently have ties with several organisations in all of the countries we are based in.

The AATC has always been an inclusive educator of Coaches.  The AATC together with their female coach members in India have created the Women Coaches of India.

The vision is to create a platform for knowledge sharing and advice seeking, providing opportunities for young women coaches in India through continuous and affordable education through grassroots programs and empowering them to become exemplar leaders in the sports community with equal pay and increased job opportunities across the globe.

Ethics Committee

The AATC Ethics Committee is currently made up of Paul Kleverlaan, Andrew Hill, and Rob Casey.  Their role is to ensure our very high standards are maintained by all AATC Registered Coaches.  The AATC has worked hard to develop a Code of Ethics, Mission, and Vision Statement along with Core Values that are to be upheld by all AATC Members.

The AATC is very proud to provide a high level of integrity along with the highest quality of Coach Education in line with the expectations of PTCA – Professional Tennis Coaches Association and the ESTESS Athletic University.

All AATC members agree to provide AATC HQ with the following as part of our screening process;

Current Working With Children Check (Equivalent for Non-Australian Coaches)

National Police Check (Equivalent for Non-Australian Coaches)

Current First Aid Certificate

Signed Safeguarding of Child and Young People Code of Conduct
